This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from xcombo.com. All shipping services and order fulfillments are operated and managed by Hangzhou Quankebao Network Technology Co., Ltd. (operating as XCombo, hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are dedicated to delivering your modular eyewear safely and efficiently to your doorstep.


Delivery Timeline

The total delivery timeline for each order is divided into two distinct stages:

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days, during which your order is verified, your custom lenses are crafted, and the shipment is prepared.
  • Shipping Time: 6–13 business days, depending on the destination within the Contiguous United States.

🎁 Free Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer FREE Advanced Shipping on all U.S. orders over $69 (calculated on the product subtotal, excluding taxes, promo codes, and any other fees).


Shipping Limitations & Exclusions

To ensure a reliable shipping experience, we currently limit our service area:

  • We ship exclusively to the continental United States (Contiguous US).
  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) is currently not available.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

 

Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Import Duties: All import duties, tariffs, and clearance fees associated with shipping your order to the United States are fully covered by us. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your carrier tracking number(s).
