Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and protective films are included.
  • Customized or prescription products have not been used or damaged.

Note: Prescription lenses are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except if the item arrives damaged or defective.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    Before sending any items back, please reach out to our customer support team to receive return authorization:

    When contacting us, please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

    After confirming your return with customer support, log in to your XCombo account and go to your order history to submit a return request. Once submitted, you will be provided with all necessary return shipping instructions.
  3. Prepare and Ship the Item:
    Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package can be monitored during transit.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 3 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

    XCombo eyewear features a modular design with Base Frames and interchangeable Top Frames, utilizing a secure snap-fit connection designed for regular attachment and removal. With normal use over time, minor signs of wear such as light surface marks or plating abrasion may occur. This is considered normal wear and does not constitute a manufacturing defect or qualify for return or exchange.
  • Handcrafted Top Frames:
    Our Top Frames are partially handcrafted products. Due to the nature of manual production processes, slight variations may occur, including small pinholes, minor differences in ink adhesion, subtle color inconsistencies, or slight variations between production batches. These characteristics are inherent to the craftsmanship and are not considered quality defects.
  • Design Philosophy:
    XCombo focuses on creativity, versatility, and expressive style at an accessible price point. While each product is carefully designed and quality-checked, it is not intended to be a flawless, luxury-grade item.
