The delivery timeline for each order is divided into two stages:
Processing Time: 3–7 business days, during which your order is confirmed, customized, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time: 6–13 business days within Contiguous US, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier operations, or other external factors.
For the US market, we currently ship only to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available at this time.
- Sales Tax: Calculated and applied at checkout for U.S. orders based on your shipping address.
- Import Duties: All import duties, tariffs, and customs fees for both the U.S. are covered by us. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
