At present, our products are launching first in the U.S. market. Please note that we currently only support delivery within the continental United States; shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not yet available. We are also actively working to expand availability in Europe, Australia, and Canada in the near future.
The delivery timeline for each order is divided into two stages:
Processing Time: 3–7 business days, during which your order is confirmed, customized, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Time: 6–23 business days, depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
