Refund and Returns

We offer a 180-day warranty (starting from the date the parcel is signed) covering clear defects in materials and workmanship. A one-time replacement will only be issued if there are such defects. Our goal is to ensure every customer has a positive purchasing experience.

Due to the customized nature of glasses, items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons.

Special sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Non-Quality Returns

  • Frames and packaging should remain original with all included accessories and gifts, kept in good condition without affecting resale.

  • Returns and replacements are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

Refund schedule for non-quality issues:

  • 1–15 days: 70% of lens price, 100% of frame price.

  • 16–30 days: 50% of lens price, 80% of frame price.

Refunds are based on the actual payment amount. If the order used free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted.

All costs for returns due to non-quality reasons, including return shipping and re-delivery, are the responsibility of the customer.

Points awarded for the order will be deducted from the user’s account after a return. If the user lacks enough points, the balance will be reset to zero.

After 30 days from receipt, the return/exchange window closes. We recommend checking items immediately upon delivery to protect your rights. For assistance, contact info@xcombo.com.


Refund Processing Time


We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours after receiving the returned product or confirming the refund. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Modification / Cancellation

Unpaid orders:

  • Must be paid within 3 days, otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.

  • Any points awarded will be withdrawn or reset to zero.

Paid orders:

  • To modify or cancel, contact our customer service at info@xcombo.com.

  • Price differences or additional fees may apply for modifications.

  • Orders already in customization or shipped may incur partial refunds or extra charges as outlined below.

If a refund request is made after shipment, only 70% of the order amount can be refunded due to shipping and processing costs. The customer must return the glasses to the warehouse.


Product Issues

  • Style or size issues: A one-time replacement can be provided; express fees may apply if a different style is selected.

  • Customized lens errors caused by the customer: Customer pays for re-customization and shipping fees.

  • Prescription discomfort: Glasses may require a 3–5 day adjustment period, especially progressive lenses. Persistent issues should be reported to customer service.


Delivery Issues

  • Unreceived packages: Pick up promptly at the local post office after notice. Only one reissue is allowed for incorrect addresses. If unclaimed within 30 days, re-delivery is canceled; a 50% discount coupon may be provided as compensation.

  • Unauthorized returns are not accepted; shipping fees may apply.

  • Promotional items returned/replaced will be handled pro-rata, considering discounts.

If a mistake was made during ordering, contact customer service at info@xcombo.com for a partial refund or future discount.

Delivery times vary by lens type and shipping method:

  • Advanced Shipping(to the Contiguous US): 6–13 business days

  • Standard Shipping(to the Contiguous US): 11–23 business days


Secondary After-Sales Service

  • Subsequent replacement or rework costs will be treated as 50% of the order value (no charge).

  • Persistent issues may qualify for a partial refund of 50% of the original order price.

Note: Warranty does not cover damage or returns caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Manufacturing errors: Contact customer service; defective glasses will be remade free of charge or a full refund issued upon confirmation.


Product Characteristics & Disclaimer (Very Important)

  • On Assembly and Wear
    XCombo products feature Base Frames and Top Frames that are designed for frequent attachment and detachment. Over time, or if handled improperly, slight wear such as minor plating abrasion may occur. This is considered normal use and is not covered under warranty or return reasons.

  • On Handcrafted Top Frames
    The Top Frame is a semi-handcrafted product. Due to manual production steps, minor pinholes, variations in ink adhesion, color uniformity differences, and slight batch-to-batch color variations may occur. These are inherent to the process and are not considered quality defects or valid reasons for return/exchange.
