Why hasn’t my tracking updated after several days?

It’s normal for tracking to take a few days to update after shipment.

Our products are shipped from overseas. In most cases, the tracking number reflects updates only after the package reaches the destination country (such as the United States or Europe).

During the international transit stage, tracking may not show movement for about 5 business days. Once the package arrives in your country, tracking updates will resume with detailed delivery progress.

How do I select the toppers and frames for Glasses Bundle Sets?

Please add 1 base frame + 3 or 5 topper styles to your cart. When adding the base frame, you can select “Frame Only”, as your prescription details are already included in your existing order.

Then, please take a screenshot of your cart page. I will update the selected product models into your order notes based on your screenshot.
